90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At FarbDecke™, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. That's why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the receipt of your order.

Please note the following condition for a return:

Our satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to products that are in their original condition. Once the FarbDecke has been painted, written on, or washed, we unfortunately can no longer accept it back.

Why is that?

The FarbDecke is a creative product that can be individually designed. Once paint has been applied to the blanket, its condition changes permanently. A blanket that has already been designed can no longer be resold as a new product.

Therefore, we ask you to inspect the FarbDecke carefully before its first use. Once you start designing, your personal work of art is entirely yours. 🎨

If you are unsatisfied with your order and the FarbDecke is still in its original condition, you can contact us within 90 days. We will take care of your return simply and find a suitable solution.

What's included in the set?

In the package, you receive 1 color blanket + 24 colorful fabric pens in many different colors. This way, you have everything you need for creative and varied designs and can get started right away. 🌈✨

FAQ

Can I wash the FarbDecke™?

Yes, the Color Blanket can be gently washed. To ensure the colors remain vibrant for as long as possible, we recommend a gentle wash cycle at a low temperature. Please allow the painted colors to dry completely before washing.

Is the FarbDecke™ as thick as a regular throw blanket?

The ColorBlanket is intentionally kept light and flexible and is not comparable to a thick, padded cuddly blanket.

This makes it particularly easy to fold, store, and take with you. The soft velour surface simultaneously provides a pleasant feel.

Can I give the blanket as a gift?

Absolutely! The FarbDecke™ is an excellent creative gift for children and adults. Anyone who enjoys painting and designing.

What do I do if I have questions about my order?

Simply fill out our contact form and provide your order number. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
